The LV VCR System is a fully automatic split charging relay.

The relay system manages the split charging of both primary/start battery prior to charging the auxiliary battery bank. The relay remains open (off) until the start battery reaches a preset voltage. Once the voltage is achieved on the start battery the relay will close (turn on) to allow charging to the auxiliary battery bank. When the engine is switched off the relay will open (turn off) to allow isolation between both primary and auxiliary batteries. This ensures that your appliances drawing power from the auxiliary does not flatten your primary start battery.
