Delivery & Refund Policy
Any clearance items, or Special-order items are not eligible for return unless an agreement is made with HS Autoparts in writing prior to the purchase.
REFUSED / UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Refused or undeliverable orders that are returned to our warehouse will be treated like a standard return; this means that all shipping costs, including return freight charges and any fees attributed by the shipping company will be deducted from the product refund or charged to the order if the customer elects to re-ship.
Due to the associated transactional costs from the use of eWay & Paypal, any order cancelled using either payment method will attract a 6% processing fee. Swapping to another product with HS Autoparts will not attract any cancellation fee. Please note that cancellation fees if applicable is added to the processing fee.
We are an authorised distributor for all brands and any manufacturer warranty is passed on to the original purchaser of any product. We will also discuss warranty/returns with the supplier making the whole process as smooth and easy as possible. Unfortunately, we are not able to warrant any items that we deem to have been misused, altered, abused or not used for their intended purpose.
All items are posted within 48 hours of payment clearing. This excludes weekends & public holidays and any other period specified by HS Motors & Auto Electrics in our product descriptions. Maximum delivery times are 8-15 days, but often quicker depending on where in Australia you are located.

WARRANTY & RETURNS TERMS OF SALE – PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE
All warranty and return requests must be approved by contacting HS Motors & Auto Electrics directly. Warranties are provided in the case of incorrect operation or manufacturing faults. The warranties provided on the items HS Motors & Auto Electrics sells are offered by the suppliers, manufacturers and importers. Therefore any item returned must have a warranty claim approved by the manufacturer, supplier or importer before a replacement can be supplied or a credit offered. Any item that has been damaged, disassembled or modified in any way will be deemed to have voided any warranties applicable to that product. The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs in all situations. Returns
are not accepted for any item that has been installed, damaged, disassembled or modified in any way. Returns that are approved must be in their original packaging, unopened and considered to be in a re-saleable condition. Items purchased by mistake, ‘change of mind’ purchases, and those qualifying for an exchange – the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. In certain situations we reserve the right to charge a 15% administration fee. By purchasing the item offered for sale in this listing you are agreeing to the terms of sale listed above.
You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. If you don’t follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund.
